At Thai Food Village in Riyadh, one moment clearly reflected the direction of Thailand–Saudi trade collaboration. Mrs. Suphajee Suthumpun, Thailand’s Minister of Commerce and H.E. Mr. Darm Boontham, Ambassador of Thailand to Saudi Arabia visited the Siam Signature booth, where discussions moved beyond product showcases to deeper conversations about market access, retail pathways, and long-term opportunities in the Kingdom.
These exchanges reflect the work behind every international showcase. Beyond visibility, the focus is on understanding what the Saudi market is looking for, aligning it with Thailand’s strengths in food and beverage production, and creating connections that extend well beyond the event itself.
With an on-ground office in Saudi Arabia, SCG International has been building this route through Siam Signature, a curated portfolio of Asian food and beverage products. Working alongside Tamimi Markets as a local retail partner, and in ongoing collaboration with Thailand’s Ministry of Commerce and DITP, SCG International helps introduce Thai suppliers, including SMEs, to the right networks and market contexts. Our role spans both ends of the supply chain, connecting producers with partners who understand the Saudi market and creating the conditions for sustainable collaboration.
Looking ahead, the shared objective is to establish a pathway into the Middle East that is stable, scalable, and supported by real consumer insight. SCG International will continue strengthening this foundation with partners in both Thailand and Saudi Arabia, expanding market access and deepening its presence in the Kingdom to support long-term growth for Thai and Asian products in a rapidly expanding region.

SCG International USA, represented by Mr. Suchapong Boonsajai (USA Office Manager) was honored to participate in a strategic discussion with Thailand’s Minister of Commerce, Mrs. Suphajee Suthumpun and prominent Thai enterprises in the United States. The session addressed key trade topics, including tariff impacts, logistics challenges, and opportunities to enhance Thailand–US competitiveness. Participants shared valuable insights on market dynamics, regulatory developments, and the private sector’s role in fostering sustainable global trade.
SCG International was honored to participate in Thailand Week 2025 in Bangladesh, organized by Department of International Trade Promotion. The event was held from July 10–12, 2025, at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It attracted 4,000–5,000 attendees per day, including entrepreneurs, manufacturers, importers, and representatives from public and private sectors. SCG International showcased our expertise in construction, ceramic tiles, and agricultural machinery to promote products and services in Bangladesh market, as well as to build new business collaboration opportunities and strengthen cross-border supply chain connectivity.
SCG International has joined forces with Robinson Lifestyle part of Central Retail, to pursue a Net Zero business model. This collaboration involves the installation of Innovative LED Solar Street Light Solutions at over 27 Robinson Lifestyle locations nationwide. Leading this initiative are Mr. Pisanu Milintanush, Emerging Business and Partnership Director at SCG International Corporation, and Mr. Natawat Ratchpongkuyos, Head of Marketing at Robinson Lifestyle, Central Retail.
